UDUK will have representation in today's Winmau World Youth Championship. The opening rounds of the competition are set to take place this afternoon in Wigan, and Nottingham's Pavarith Thiamchiavasin is among those set to compete.

The 20-year-old from Thailand has only been playing the sport for seven months but has been supported by his nation's federation to participate in the event, taking their sole invitation. If he makes it to the last two, he will play on the stage at Minehead ahead of the Players Championship Finals final in November.

"I'm really excited about the upcoming event," Pavarith said. "I’m looking forward to performing at my best and gaining as much experience as possible from such a massive event."
